Four Wheel Alignment

OUR FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT SERVICES

Your car’s wheels transfer engine power into forward motion. Depending on how you plan to drive your car – and how it’s been driven, so far – your wheels may need adjustment. Keep in mind that straight-line stability, fuel economy, tire wear, and a number of other factors change according to wheel alignment.

RMW EXPERIENCE

Many people in Finksburg and the surrounding areas trust us with their vehicle repairs because we offer:

Get a Precision Four Wheel Alignment

We’ll adjust Camber, Caster, and Toe on the front and rear of the vehicle (where applicable). If specifications can’t be met, we may have to make additional adjustments.

The vertical angle of your wheels when looking at them head-on is called Camber. If the tops of your wheels are closer together than the bottoms, your wheels will turn more easily, with added grip in corners. The relationship between the vertical axis of the wheel and the steering axis is called Caster.

For the most part, the factory-installed degree of Caster gives good directional stability and makes a car easier to drive. The relationship between the leading and trailing edges of the tires on one of a car’s axles is called Toe.

When the leading edges of the tires on one axle are set closer together than the trailing ones, it’s called Toe-In. Toed-In tires help a car turn better but can influence how well it drives in a straight line. Whether you want tight turns or a straight ride, you’ll get the performance you’ve been looking for with our 4 Wheel Alignment service.
